Hi rich, no securtiy component / plugin installed.

It's exactly the posting I added in posting number #7.
Would be great, if you can add it in your forum to see if the same error occurs.

Cheers, bastian

Maybe I found your issue. I had inserted the text in your forum and used the preview. The scripts will loading from the Joomla template cache. Please disable the Cache Mode in your Joomla! template and then empty the cache. If that doesn't help, then try also disable the option "Optimize JS"

Yes, I have several categories.
I have the issue in "internes Forum" (means internal forum area). Here just a special Usergroup has access.

But I receive the same "403 Forbidden: You don't have permission to access /forum on this server." message when try to post (unregistered as guest) a new topic in the public area of my forum ("öffentliches Forum").

Regarding the integration plugins:
Kunena - Kunena -> Enabled
- Kunena Avatars YES
- Kunena Profile YES
but both are shown in the report with 0 instead of 1
(I would assume No = 0, Yes = 1)

Kunena - Community Builder -> Enabled
- Access control YES
is shown in the report with 0 instead of 1

May I have to dave it either in the backend or adjust the values via phpmyadmin.
Do you think this has influence to the posting with BC code?

Cheers, Bastian

In my previous message to you I recommended that you set "off" (i.e. "0") those settings. Have you turned off those settings as I suggested? Did they make any difference?

Hello Bastain,

Sorry I am going to go back to a previous topic just because I thought some of the context was confused about what was being said.

Regarding mod_security this is a server thing, has nothing to do with Kunena or Joomla extensions. mod_security is something installed with Apache that basically helps secure actions people take on your website (such as submitting a web form).

Can you please post a link to the topic this issue is occurring (you can use the confidential tags if you like). We really need to determine who is spitting out the error. It might make sense to put your Joomla installation in Debug Mode, and increase the error threshold to Maximum to see if a more specific error is returned.

Best Regards,
