Kunena 6.3.0 released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3
It is important to note that the Kunena team does not have a standard, recommended or supported protocol for these ideas and that posting questions in this category may not receive advice from team members.

If you managed to migrate to phpBB 3, I would like you to use this script:
www.kunena.org/forum/migrate-to-kunena/1...a-3-migration-script
It is 100% free and I have plans to support it (without a fee) as far as I can. Since the project is open source, someone can always create a fork and continue development if I loose interest.
Let me know if I can help.
Edit
OMG. I thought this was a new topic. My bad.
Please follow my open source projects MixERP Project and phpBB to Kunena Migration Script on Github.

I'm doing this because Agora Pro development seems to be completely dead, which is sad, it's a great forum and I used to love it. Hope to become as attached to Kunena as I once was to Agora

My Workaround at the moment
Downloaded Agora 4.10 , Kunena Importer, Kunenea 2.04 and Joomla 2.5.28
Exported and adjusted Tables from AgoraPro 4.5 to 4.10 .
Kunena Importer required AgoraPro 3.x
I modified KunenaImporter export_agora.php renamed Ext to AgoraPro.
Added missing Columns in some requiring Tables of the KunenaImporter importing Process
Conf, User,Forums, Categories,Polls was imported .
9 Posts/Messages missing from 3750~ , Ranks not complete, Avatars missing
So far so good
I tested in frontend and backend the categories and sections all ok.
kunena_topics wasnt imported dont know why so i tried with mysql query.
I can browse trough the Sections,Categories, and see listing of Posts(topics) , but the Detail Link/Page of Posts dont work 404 Error.
Searching for Posts work and i see the content of Messages/Posts in searchresult.
Time i converted with a mysql query.
So i need help for getting these Posts working dont know why its not works.
I just upgraded Joomla to 3.5.x and Kunena to 5.14 But same Problems !
404 Error at Posts
Can somebody assist help ?

Right now there is no relocation instrument for Agora to Kunena. I have requested some more data regarding this matter and will refresh you as quickly as time permits Clean Master Facebook Lite Mathwaysozzled wrote:
There was an experimental component that was written a couple of years ago that converted a much older version of Agora to Kunena - I think it was Agora v3 to K 1.7.2. This experimental tool is still available for download but I don't think it works with Agora Pro.Viggo wrote: I am also interested to migrate from Agora to Kunena.
I just have read from some indications (Kunena) that they have (under development) a Migrator ...
The experimental importer product has not been updated for a couple of years.
Regarding your comment about the support offered by the Kunena project in connection with migrating/converting other forum products, the information in the category description (at the top of this page) should make it clear:In addition to what has been written about migrating from "brand X" forum to Kunena, I think it would help if you read I want to migrate my forum to Kunena ...This is for users to help other users, to discuss topics that relate to migrating from other web-based forums and converting the data into a form that will operate with Kunena.

I do not know the answer to this question. I do not think it would be in the interest of a software developer to provide a migration tool that facilitated the conversion/migration of their forum product to another forum product, do you?Viggo wrote: Does another company offer such a migrator ? (jvitals seems not to offer it. Great sales policy)
I was preparing my reply to you when Jiminimonka was also writing and he is right. It is usually possible to migrate or convert just about any forum product to Kunena if you have a knowledge of how your existing forum operates at the database level and how Kunena operates at the database level (although the degree to which you can move everything from one forum to another forum may or may not be possible - it depends on the internals of the forum product you are trying to convert). If you have the skill, genuine need and the patience to persevere, just about anything is possible. I don't know how much it would cost to obtain the assistance of a professional who specialises in these things but you could be looking a spending anything from a couple of hundred dollars to a thousand dollars or more. It all depends on how important is your existing forum and how much of it may be relevant to your current business. There's no simple answer to that question; it is something that everyone must answer for themselves.

The Seo part was a bit hard to use the same seo urls like agora does,
because agora has not category in non SEF Urls.
I made around 20-25 Database Queries to rewrite the Seo URLS in the right structure.
