Solved [solved] Map bbcode won't allow more than one map per topic

Hi there, First, I want to say that Kunena has won me over from phpBB 3, I simply love the fact that I don't need a dual login bridge anymore!

I am running Kunena 3.0.8 on Joomla 3.4.1 with a RocketTheme template (Osmosis) and I have noticed that if I try to post 2 [map's] in a single topic, whether it be in a single post, or two posts in the same topic, I get "Unable to display Google Map." for both, but if I delete or remove one of the two maps, it works fine... I am using the full address, not long and lat, like this:
Unable to display Google Map.

The other issue I am having, is if I go back in to edit the post, I get the bbcode editor is in a state of flux and never loads - until I only have 1 map in the topic.
Unable to display Google Map.

Just found my issue - I had an apostrophe in the map address: Kelsey's - which resulted in breaking all of the maps... should have caught that earlier... this does also affect the bbcode editor toolbar from not loading.
