Bug [K.4.0.10] Restore Unapproved Topics not working as expected

How to reproduce the error?
Delete a topic with the status "Unapproved"
Go to the trashbin and restore the topic.

The expected behavior is that the topic should be restored as "Unapproved"
and it is being restored as Approved.

Hello,

I have added it on github : github.com/Kunena/Kunena-Forum/issues/3846

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

we can't fix this issue, without changing the database.

hold (0=published, 1=unapproved, 2=deleted, 3=topic deleted).

when the message isn't approved, he has the code 1, but when you delete the message, the code will change to 3. So if you bring back the message, he is changed to code 0.

If you think about it. Why are you restore the deleted unapproved message. That's only the issue when you want to approve the message.

So I think we can better ignore this issue. Else you need to unapproved the message again.

Maybe we can also add a new option 4 = deleted - unapproved
