Kunena 6.2.6 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.6 [K 6.2.6] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

In the last 24 hours, Kunena users are receiving the following message when posting a message on our forum.

500 Internal Server Error
Fatal Error was detected!

Fatal Error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in plugins/kunena/community/activity.php on line 94

The error was detected in the Kunena - Community Plugin.

No changes have been done to our site for the last few days.

The post is actually accepted before the error message appears.

I've subsequently disabled the Kunena-JomSocial Integration Plugin and the error no longer occurs but the integration with JomSocial is now gone. No avatars etc.

I've unset the "activity Stream Parameter" in the Kunena - JomSocial Integration plug-in and all seems to be OK now at the cost of the forum posts no longer appearing in the activity stream.
