I had the same problem
Error 500 in the backend
After you have migrated my site to another hosting service, I had this error in the Joomla backend only with the component Kunena.
load error: failed to find /home/mysite/public_html/media/kunena/less/bootstrap/kunena.less

I had this problem too after uploading an updated version of my website (with a fresh Kunena installation) from my laptop to the live server. The solution is...

Go to root/cache/kunena

In that directory you will find the following cache file: kunena.bootstrap.kunena.less.cache

Delete it!

Yes... fantastic solution.

But, i try less agresivity... clean kunena cache from backend, but i used your advice to try this ;)
