Menu option "My topics" shows
that Kunena developers (though not they only)
do definitely not understand
the concept of Human Ownership
and do not distinguish the borders
between "MY" and "NOT MY".

"MY" topic is the one
which a speaking Human is the Author of.

The Author of a topic is the member
which is the Author of the first post in a topic.

The post of the Author is the reflection of the post Authors' Thoughts.

Regardless of the fact that the Thoughts of Humans are not titled -
the title of a post is the inalienable part of the post
and is the ownership of the post Author,
not of anybody else.

Thus,
Editing posts of other Authors,
including Editing the content of others' posts titles, -
is Stealing of ownership from post Author
and is an attempt to transform the reflections of Author's Thoughts
and is the ruining of others' representations
about the true intentions of a victim of moderation
and is the crime against the Humanity.

Forced Merging of the topics
with different Authors of first posts in merging topics -
is Stealing of ownership
from the Author of the original topic
being added after
and in general is spamming of the topics being added to
by the stolen stuff.

Splitting of a topic, if not forced,
is the granting ownership to the Author
of the newly separated topic
with it's new topic Author
(not obligatorily the same as of the original topic).

If the menu option was unreasonably named "My topics"
then only "MY OWN TOPICS" should be displayed there -

NOT the topics with posts Edited by synanhums,
NOT topics having been Locked by synanhums,
NOT others' topics with posts merged forcely,
NOT others' topics which a profile owner
not more than is subscribed to,
NOT others' topics of profile owner's ~Concern~
which a profile owner is not more than
is quoted in or otherwise is tagged or mentioned.

Unless Humanity will finish up with moderation irreversibly -
the menu options like ~My topics Stolen~
and ~Topics with my posts Stolen~
and ~My former topics hijacked~
should also be added there in a member's profile

besides the "MY OWN TOPICS" menu option.

At all times we have acted with courtesy and professionalism towards you. We have done our best to try to help you.

Under Section 5.2 of the terms of use that govern this site, we may edit, remove, merge or split topics whenever we feel it is appropriate to do so. You agreed to this condition when you joined this site. We are not required under the terms of use to explain our reasons for editing or removing messages that anyone posts here.

Under Section 4.3 of the terms of use, you give up any right to own anything posted by you. In other words, you cannot claim something has been stolen from you because you do not own the information contained on this site in the first place.

Under Section 3.6 of the terms of use, we have a zero tolerance policy concerning abusive or harassing behaviour. The use of terms like "synanhums" (whatever that means) to describe the moderators, who give their time to try to understand your very confusing questions, is not a nice characterisation, is it? I have warned you before that if you continue to violate the terms of use we may be forced to suspend or cancel your membership privileges.

Membership of this site is a privilege, not an absolute right.

I don't know if it's the language barrier or if it's just that we are incapable of being able to reach any understanding of how to deal with your growing list of questions, comments or complaints. At some point, however, we reach the stage where we simply have to say "enough is enough"

I don't know how you run your forum at your website, Gri, but we run things at this forum differently. I do not even know if you have installed Kunena on a website anywhere.

You continue to ignore our advice, you continue to create multiple topics on the same subject, and you refuse to engage with us in meaningful dialogue. It is clear that we are unable to help. It would appear that you do not require help.

We have decided to suspend your posting privileges at this site for a period of one week to give you time to think about what we have written. You will be able to use the forum again in 7 days' time.

On behalf of the moderation team, I regret that your actions have gave us no other choice.
