Question Button "Neues Thema" wird manchmal angezeigt und manchmal nicht?

Ich habe alles versucht - einschl. SUCHE hier im Forum... - nun benötige ich Hilfe.
Ich möchte mein in joomla angelegtes Forum nutzen, doch wenn ich eine Kategorie anlege und diese selbst mit einfachsten Rechten versehe - der Button NEUES Thema erstellen wird nicht angezeigt...
Interessanterweise habe ich eine ältere Kategorie - dort wird dieser Button angezeigt. Selbst wenn ich alle Rechte dieser älteren Kategorie in die neue Kategorie übernehme-eintrage - nix...hmmm.. - schade, wäre wohl ein sehr schönes Forum - und ich komme nicht weiter.
Selbst unterschiedliche Themes - keine anzeige...
