Kunena 6.2.6 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.6 [K 6.2.6] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

Somehow Kunena does not automatically synchronisize the Access Levels of users correctly. Users stay on the same Access Level after changing their ACL. This means users cannot see the categories they should be able to. The only way to fix this is to let an admin log into the Joomla! Administration Panel and browse to the Kunena Forum Configuration Component, select tab "Synchronize Users" and press the Sync button.

Do I overlook something or is there a bug?


I'm using Joomla! 2.5.6, Kunena 1.7.2
User account management of Joomla! is used. The category "Access Control Type" is Access Level.

In the "Synchronize Users" tab, only the "Clean user cache" is checked.

In the "Forum Configuration - Integration" tab, "Access Control" and "Login and Registration" are both set to Joomla.
