Hi,

I have migrated successfully from phpbb3 to kunena 1.7 using kunena importer. All are working fine but my client find that they cannot able to login using their old login credentials used in phpbb3. But i can able to view the list of user registered in kunena user manager.

Plz give solution to this issue...

Passwords used in phpBB3 cannot be converted to Joomla passwords (all passwords are protected against dictionary searches) so there are two options:

1) to use a plugin that adds phpBB authentication (current version of importer doesn't have the plugin, but I've seen a few of those)

2) Ask all users to use "lost password" feature to get a new password.
