I have the same problems with language strings. It seems it started after I upgraded into Joomla 3.8.

I have read all recomendations from this post but not help. All updates were ok. Is there anything else I can check?

Here the report configuration.

Please add your questions not in old topics, which already marked as solved.

I've checked it, it lacks some cs-CZ files in the current language package. Go to the download page and scroll down. Use the language package from Kunena 5.0 Nightly Builds. That solves your problem.

Thank you Rich,

You are right, there were many Kunena language files missing although I have installed and reinstalled the CZ language for Joomla and for Kunena. After each installation proces I received message all files were installed properly.
Is it possible the files were installed at the wrong place???

At the end I had to install missing fiĺes with ftp and now the Kunena pages are translated.

However, I have found 3 constants that were not translated and I cannot translate them in the Joomla languages overrides:
COM_KUNENA_X_TOPICS_0
COM_KUNENA_X_TOPICS_MORE
COM_KUNENA_BY_X

The constants exist in English but not in Czech. Any idea?

Go to the download page and scroll down. Use the language package from Kunena 5.0 Nightly Builds.

You've not installed the language package from the Nightly Build.

Sorry I have found one more and very strange. In the Kunena module Latest there is one content text in English - see attachement debug-language-no. I have tried to find out the coresponding constant and while I have set Joomla sysem to Debug language to YES the module showed the correct Czech content text (not the constant) - see attachement debug-language-yes. So I was not able to change it. Can you adjust that it shows the Czech content text while in normal operation.

Extensions have a own translation.
Go to "modules/mod_kunenalatest/language/"
You will see 2 folders: cs_CZ and cs-CZ. The correct folder for your language is cs-CZ
Copy the included cs-CZ.mod_kunenalatest.ini and paste this file to "language/cs-CZ"

But check this file, there are a few untranslated strings in it.
